My most friendly and active chicken, Clover, is suddenly sick today. Very lethargic, body is droopy, just not acting right. She came out of the coop this AM and I found her standing in her water (not in an cheery posture)...did chicken check, can't find anything wrong and then I noticed, shes got a really watery, creamy/yellow poo... inspected I can't see worms. A hour or so later I noticed someone laid a softhsell egg on our roost board last night, I'm thinking hers? I have inspected for eggs, I don't think there's one in there. I gave her 2 droppers of watered down electrolyte water mixed with Nutridrench, she still hasn't perked up. Thoughts? A mom's intuition...she's just not acting right and I don't know what it could be...
Pic of her and her poo for examination

shes still very slow. I was able to get a big mash of electrolytes, nitridrench, water and egg yolk topped with meal worms in her. Hoping that helps.

Also check her over for mites or lice.
All checks are good. She's a little more perky this morning, but still not 100% normal. I did end up treating for worms, as that's the only culprit left to address.... we'll see what the day holds. She's also like 5 1/2, I'm wondering if she's just feeling old?
