Lethargic sick hen

Found her laying like this , and supposedly she had been acting weird,well here we are today and she can stand but just sits lop sided with her spread out.Not sure what’s going on, I assumed worms, I noticed a bloody stool a couple times but not major in all the birds,gave her a small amount of valbazen and probiotics and waited about an hour or two and hav shorten her to eat a little bit.

I don’t see a picture. Pictures of her and her poops are welcome. How old is the hen and does she lay eggs normally? Can you feel of her crop early in the morning, and tell us if it is empty and flat, full, hard, doughy or puffy? If you have electrolytes, it would be good to get her drinking. What do you feed her?

She eats all flock and the birds is between 7-9 months and was laying fine .

Is her crop in her right chest enlarged? Are her poops unusual looking? You can rule out her being egg bound by inserting a clean finger into her vent 2 inches to feel for an obstruction or stuck egg. Look over her belly and elsewhere for any signs of small lice or mites crawling.
