lethargic sleepy chicken

Please can you help? My chicken has been quite lethargic and sleepy for a couple days now she just sat there when i went over, the other 6 girls have been running around and playing shes not interested.she has her tail very down and looks very puffed up swollen sort of thing. All the girls are around 31 weeks. She has always had a wonky tail her body has always been outaline but has never been any different play wise to the other girls. IM very concerned about her what can i do. Louise.

Any indication of crop issues? What does her poop look like,is she eating/drinking?

Ive been watching her all day haven't seen her poop yet, she seems to be eating and drinking. Ive given her a warm bath before she loved it but is just sitting quietly on her own. Cant understand how it would be food because she has exactly the same as the other 6 and they all in an area together so only i control what they eat everyday.

Is her crop full at night(after eating all day)and is it empty in morning(before eating)this is one way to determine if she may have crop issues.Has she started laying? Check vent area for anything unusual.
