A little history: My chick is almost 2 years old. She lives with 22 other girls. They have a big pen outside, not free range. I noticed about 2 weeks ago she doesn't have much energy and not eating well, drinks water though. She us not laying eggs and she does not have parasites. She has lost weigh. Her name is Gem. Any ideas of what I could do to help her?

Have you checked for coccidiosis, swollen abdomen, any crop abnormalities, and injuries? What breed is she? I know you said she doesn't have worms, but are you sure of that? Did you get a fecal float by a knowledgeable vet to be sure? Weight loss indicates worms or cancer to me, and there's not much you can do if it's cancer.
Might also be an impacted crop, or other crop issue, or could be coccidiosis, so not necessarily untreatable.
