Lethargy hen help

Rosemary is 6 month old brown leghorn. She hasn’t laid in 7 days. She is eating and drinking fine. She has labored breathing and is not moving much. She could not fly up on rooster bar. No signs of sour crop, bumble foot or mites. thought she was egg bound, but did Epsom salt baths and tried to get egg but could not feel for an egg. This is what her vent and bottom side looks like. Bottom is oily from olive oil. Thoughts??? I’m so upset if I lose her. Can this be molt at this young??

Could she be not laying due to shortened days? one of my barred rocks seems to have stopped since I’m not using artificial lights.

She ended up passing she had Marek disease… so sad. I’m worried about the rest of my flock
