Let's play "worm or intestinal lining?" *warning-poo pic*

I found a strange poo this morning and tried researching some but I'm torn. My flock is mixed ages but given the location of the poo, it's likely one of the younger(6 mo old) chickens or my 3yr old hen. The reddish bit seems to be all one piece but it's not the same size or color all the way along it and has some wider parts. Everyone seems happy and healthy, part time coop/ part time free range, eating well but I've never dewormed and I'm wondering if it's something I should consider.

It's shed intestinal lining, not a worm.
I suggest you get your birds started on Corid for 5 days. If that doesnt work, try to find the bird that excreted that mess and get it started on a sulfa drug such as SMZ-TMP.
