Hubby and I have a kiddie pool for our ducks right now. The kiddie pool is good because it allows us to refill the water as needed when it gets dirty. However, we would like to eventually add a realistic pond to our duck yard (one that goes with the landscaping) but we need ideas... what do you use for your ducks? How do you keep the water clean? Pics are welcome!

We had a pool type thing in our duck yard but it proved too much to take care of lol so we went back to kiddie pools....the "pond" started to stink even after just a couple days and we didn't have a pump and filter to put in it so we just took it out....

Sorry,
No pics.
I too have a kiddie pool.
But I only have one duck so that won't be a problem!
How many ducks do you have?

I've tried every kind of pump known to man trying to keep my pond clean. With ducks it's just not possible for me. Some people have had luck with converting a sump pump and also Skippy Filters. I defiantly think kiddie pools are the way to go unless you have a very large space for a large pond.
