letting chicks free roam

hello i was wondering if it helped to let them out and what should i do?

It depends on the weather and how old your chicks are. Letting chicks spent some time outside is very good for them, but they need extra heat until they are fully feathered, which takes ± 6 weeks. If it's very cold where you live and the chicks are still very young wait a bit. If they are old enough and the weather is nice put them outside for a bit, in a sunny spot and let them play. I put mine in a small coop-run, but you can use anything that will keep them in and predators out.
