Lice and Dry Pox

Hi! I’m helping my friend out with her chickens. They have lice and dry pox. I’ve experienced dry pox before so I have that under control but is it ok to go ahead and treat them for lice? They are 3-6 weeks old

I would treat for lice - just not put powder on the pox areas.
