Lice eggs

I noticed lice eggs and messy rears on some of my hens. I treated them all with elector psp twice. Coops was deep cleaned and treated. She still has the eggs after 2 weeks? Little grey looking sacks? What can I do. Are they going to hatch?

The one time I had lice on my birds, silkies, I had to break up the nit clusters and gently remove them. They didn't just fall off.
