Lice? Mites? Fleas?!

Hello, I have two goats, and one of them is shaking her neck, scratching herself with her teeth, she has even been rubbing herself up against their barn. She may have some sort of bug biting her skin, but I don't know for sure. I believe this is her first time having this itchyness. Can goats have lice, mites or fleas?

Yes, we had a pygmy not long ago that had a bare spot on her right side at the perfect spot where she could get her head around and bite. not a single other goat had the problem just the one but i think we caught it early but to cure it we dusted the area they slept "shelter" and we dusted her lightly just the one time took care of it hopefully you can nip it before it spreads.
