Lice or Fleas?

Is it possible that my peeps have lice or fleas. I've noticed them picking at each other and themselves and they have little bald spots? Is this normal?

Lice and Mites are definite possibilities.

The grooming thing does not mean you have either.

The bald spots could just be a preview of a coming molt.
