Lice or mites or nats or mosquitoes??

I don’t know what’s in my coop but my chickens seem fine , I haven’t examined them lately up close but no one is losing feathers or having red areas or scaly feet or legs . They all seem fine
But when I’m in there I get eaten alive by something I never see ! My bare legs are covered in itchy spots that drive me crazy for awhile and happens every time in my coop
What can I do cheap ( I’m about broke) to get rid of this?

Clean out the coop and put in fresh bedding. Sprinkle permethrin poultry dust over the fresh bedding and mix it around a bit.
