Lifeless chick gasping for air

I need help, my poor baby chick is gasping for can’t eat or drink. he still has some fight in him. I tried blowing some air in his beak, I tried sugar water. I’m currently keeping him warm. Any recommendations please he still fighting.

Never mind, he just passed. My heart is so broken. He was our chicken little. I feel so bad I failed him. He was a rescue so this is so hard. My kids will be devastated!

Thank you so much. That was so hard holding him, trying to do everything in my power to help him and then him ultimately taking his last breath in my hands.
