Light Brahma chick

Are light Brahma chicks hatched with feathered feet/legs or do the feathers come later? I’m trying to identify my new chicks and only 2 Marans have feathered legs, none of the yellow ones. Did I get the wrong chick?!?

Light Brahma chicks aren’t always yellow.
