Light Brahma Hen or Roo?

This is Annabella. "She" is 3 months old and my head chicken. I have always thought that she was a hen, but her comb is getting more pronounced and a bright red.

Light Brahmas mature late, so it could be a rooster, but nearing 15 weeks of age is when the hens comb will brighten. I would guess rooster, however.

Yes, once they crow, you know you have a rooster.

At 3 months old, those combs are too red for pullets. I think both Brahmas are cockerels.

Thanks so much! I really appreciate you guys taking the time! I got them at a feed store. I will just have to order a few light brahma hens to keep the boys company! Lol!
