Need help with these two, we were told originally they were both female but missy has just seemed odd to us lately, so we are thinking she might be a rooster, which would devastate me! I love the baby blue eyes on this bird

It is looking a bit red. If it's any condolence, it's very likely to grow out of those blue eyes. They're a baby trait. I had many with those gorgeous eyes and most of mine have grown out of them by 13 weeks
 
I have to say it is most likely too early to tell. I have had several pullets that got big fast and a little red in the face/comb and thought "oh no!" only for the rest of the pullets to catch up a week or two later. I wouldn't worry too much just yet. Wait a week or two and see.
