Light brahmas have pea combs, correct?

My light brahma roo has a single comb. So is he a mixed breed? Plus he's not as big as some of the brahma roos I've seen.
Oh and he drops his right wing and drags it sometimes. That's the mating dance right? Well he does it to me when I stare at him but when I try to pet him he either pecks at me or runs away.
What's up with him?

Does he have feathered legs? If not, he might be a Delaware.
