All my guineas are gray pearls. All of my hatches have been one color but this week guinea momma hatched these 4 and one is light colored with stripes similar to a porcelain. Recessive gene or what happened?

It looks like a Lavender to me. It is possible that your Pearl Grays have some recessive genes which could account for the Lavender. It would have required that a hen with a recessive blue gene was mated with a cock with a recessive blue gene. If that was the case you could have expected this to happen in the past and up to a fourth of their keets to have come out Lavender.

Guineas can have color variations due to a mutation. @PeepsCA has reported that she believed that she had a color mutation when after years of breeding a flock of Pearl Grays she suddenly had a few Lavenders hatch.

Congratulations on your new keets.
