Light Sussex ROO over RIR hens...SEX Links?

I know the opposite breeding results in a sex link offspring, but does this breeding result in sex link as well, or just mutts?

It's my understanding that it's just mutts. Wish it did work, I've got a nice LS roo I'd like to put to work on a few more hens.

Do it anyway, cull like crazy, and maybe after a few generations of selectivebreeding ans massive culling, you might have a new breed. If that's what you want, of course.

They are mutts like all sexlinks.
I believe the proper name for a Light Sussex X RIR = what is called a Daisy Bell & or a Pied Sussex .

Pretty much just another sexlink with a pretty name
