Lily (13 week old New Hampshire roo) grabbed Ella's (9 week old Light Brahma pullet) head, jumped on her back, and tried to breed her. Was he really trying to breed her? Is that even possible? I wish I got it on video. She did run away and hide from him. This is the difference between Lily and Ella

Lily doesn't look like a cockerel at all, Lily would have a couple sickle feathers starting right now (curved big shiny tail feathers) dominance is most likely what she was doing. Thanks for sharing a picture of them.

The picture of Lily was from a month ago, so she was around 2 months. But I'm glad he's a she. Thanks. I was kinda worried about her injuring Ella. :3
