Limon, our 5 month old pekin duck, ate an earphone

Yes. An earphone. A corded one thankfully. Maybe 6 inches of cord. I was holding the cord so she wouldn't swallow more. She jerked and pulled it out of her throat. She's eaten a bit since then, and drank. Called the vet, who said to watch her. Advice?

(This is what came out with the earphone. A rubber band from around the earphone and a lump of unknown lint.)

Thank you. She seems a bit tired and picking at her food. Probably has a sore throat. Still very vocal and following us around. (She's a house duck. Had a nasty respiratory infection as a baby and the vet suggests she live indoors during winter.)
