Limp disappeared completely, reappeared a few days later

Thursday: she was lifting up one foot a lot, not running around as much as normal.
Friday: She seemed completely fine!
Saturday: completely fine
Sunday: She can barely walk now.
Theres no visible injury, or any other symptoms of an illness. Help? I can’t find anything like this online. She’s about 7 weeks old, and is in a flock of 5. Noone else has leg problems

Was she holding the leg up or was she raising it in front of her as she took a step? Has she been jumping up and down from a high roost? Can you see any green brusing, redness, or swelling on the entire leg? Do you have larger chickens or a rooster who might have hurt her? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? I would place her in a wire dog crate with food and water nearwithin reach, and try to keep her near the other chickens in the shade.
