Limp neck on one week old chick

is the chick in with others?
is it in a brooder with heat lamp?

could any feed have gotten wet under the heat, and gone sour?
this can cause a form of Botulism..which can cause "limber neck".

check your feed for dampness, or any signs of mold, or sour musty smell.

Yes they were under a 250 watt red bulb.
With 4 other chicks, food was dry, but my turkey chicks sneek over there once in a while since they have started flying. I hope one didnt break it's neck.
It is able to stand and is chirping, and we can get it to drink a little and take little pecks at some applesauce, but absolutley can not hold its neck up.
I feel terrible and helpless. I have it in the house in a small box on a heating pad to stay warm while I am at work. I hope it is alive when I go home!
