New to ducks so not sure what I should be doing. I have four Cayuga ducks 3 months old. Noticed one limping 6 days ago. I crated her for two days and let her back out. Limp was slightly improved(far left duck in video). It was worse the next day and she stopped walking the next. I thought limp was from right foot how ever now that she is crated again she keeps her left straight out the back (pic). She has a vet apt in 2 days. Anything I can be doing now? I'm pretty sure this is an injury not diet related. No open wounds, nothing visual.

... guess I can't upload a video here

Knee seemed warm and she did not want to bend it. No swelling.

Nothing that stands out. Next day the leg is not stuck out any more she keeps them both under her now.

x-ray is clean vet can see nothing wrong and thinks it could be genetic neurological issue. Possibly soft tissue injury she cant see in x-ray. She has feeling in her feet but unable to flex both feet forward. Gonna try anti inflammatory and anti biotic with rest, but nothing more they can do. May need to be put down.

Is this a normal duck thing, just bad genetics ?
