Limping goose

Our africans are about 3 months old and when they try to fly they get maybe an inch off the ground well i think the male landed a little hard and is limping on his leg when he stands he wont put pressure on it all the time, i have picked him and and felt and moved his leg nothing is broken should i let it heal on its own?

I say give it a day or two.

My goose bumps a foot about once a month. He'll limp for a couple of hours or a day, and then he's fine again. Once he did it chasing a strange cat. He got out of his tub so fast to attack the cat that he hurt his foot on the edge of the tub.
