limping hen

One of our girls was accidentally stepped on by a grown man, full body weight. She didn't say a peep, just ran under our coop to hide. Now she is limping and supporting herself partway with her wing on that side. She doesn't make any noise when examining her and moving that limb... should I wrap that leg/wing? Any ideas? Vet is not an option...

As long as the rest of the flock is not picking on her, I would just leave her alone to heal on her own.

They dont seem to be bothering her, poor thing, just sits on the floor, won't even eat a grape. Usually she goea crazy for grapes. Thanks for the advice, will see how she does.
