limping polish hen

iit was a hot day so i put my hen in a bucket of water to cool off. as soon as i took her out and set her on the ground she started limping and would trip. what should i do?

when shes walking shes fine but as soon as she starts running she starts limping again. i looked at her feet. she hold her left foot toes a little curled in and the bottom of her foot pad has scales that are lifted a little. i thought it may be scaly leg mites. im new to chickens though so it dont know
