Does no liquid movement at all mean its dead also?

I was looking at mine and some when you turn the eggs the liquid almost acts like it can't even slosh around.

No active veins, and it looks like the ones with no liquid movement; 'frozen' like liquid state haven't been progressing. But they don't stink yet. I think I'm around Day 24-ish.
