Little dogs and Guinea

I have a small dog about 5 pounds.She is 15 years old and blind.I was afraid my guineas would attack her when she is outside.My dog can smell the guineas but ignores them and they walk all around her but have never touched her.They have seen her since they were babies will this change when breed season comes on.?

I would think and hope that it does not change come breeding season, but others may know more than I do. What kind of dog is she?

She is just a mutt,but love her greatly and dont want her hurt.?Pomerain mix???
