Little flies in coop

ok so I’m not sure what kinda little fly is in my girls coop. I clean out under their perch every couple days with the hot weather now so the bugs don’t come and it don’t stink. Now my question is there are these little bugs crawling around and then some look like tiny little flys. I do not see anything on the girls anywhere. What can I spray in coop. I have put the de in there and it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. I don’t put a lot because of the mixed feeling about it weather it’s a good thing or not. Thanks for any help with this.

Little flies as in gnats? I spray a mixture of vinegar, soap, water, and oil. Or I use a natural spray I found at tsc. It deters them from sticking around the coop. You can also hang vanilla air fresheners - the little yellow trees people put in their cars. If you want to do more than that, you can spray permethrin. Or hang fly traps. There must be moisture in you coop as gnats are really attracted to moist environments. Of course it could just be humidity causing it too. I wouk3d clean every day if you want the least amount of flies and gnats hanging around. That's what I do, but I have 4 chickens - it is easy to keep up with them.
