LITTLE GIANT EGG TURNER MOTOR RUNNING HOT - EFFECTING TEMPS?

I have discovered that my egg turner motor is heating up in the incubator.

I have never noticed that to be normal?? does it need to be replaced? What does that do with temps inside?
