Little Giant incubator and Turner Question

So I am using the little giant incubator with 7 eggs I bought online. The one I'm using is the 9300. So with all this said I put the eggs in on May 4. Candled on friday and they were all growing but not alot but definitely fertilized. Candled today just to be sure and I'm confused as they are growing at different rates. One is on day 4 or 5, one is on day 8 and the other 5 are at day 6 or 7. Is this normal? Thank you all for any information as well it is greatly appreciated.

Are you moving them around every day? With Little Giants sometimes there are hot spots and cold spots so maybe the ones furthest along are in the hot spots not sure, just a suggestion.
