I have looked everywhere and can't find a fix for my lil giant 3gal galvanized water will not fill it does not leak. The bowl goes dry when it is still full I have only had it a few days please help

Could something be blocking the outlets?

I checked that the outlet is clear and nothing blocking the valve assembly it acts like it has too much vacuum

I see. Are you able to return it? Sounds like it might be defective.

Is the water not flowing or is there a leak in the water basin?

It was like the suction was too tight I could barely turn it to lock it, I think I was filling it too full, I started putting in less water it works ok now thanks!
