Little help sexing and type of duck

Here's a few photos of what we were told were khaki Campbell girls but since getting them the dark ones bill has gotten these flesh coloured spots. Is it still a she? Is she sick?

Both look like healthy Khaki Campbell - Rouen mixes. Do they both quack? The darker one has more drakish markings, but those may just be a variation in the breed. I have runners and buffs.

I hear quacking but never sure on who it comes from. They are very shy.
