So far, two little Serama chicks have hatched out and are running about in the incubator. I am surely hoping for more.

But anyway, I have at least two--when should I take them out and put them in their brooder box? They hatched out last night. They are all fluffy.

AND--when I feed them--can I feed them regular chick food, or should I grind it up in the blender first?

Should have thought of this before, of course.

I give mine Gamebird starter, which is about one fourth the size of regular starter. It is also 24% protein.
