little tikes coop

Hi,
I have a little tikes playhouse that I am planning on modifying for my 4 hens. I saw the idea here with the exact same house that I have. I was wondering if everyone with that type of playhouse coop could send in pics & tips on what you did to make it work for you.
I planned on adding a floor, hardware cloth, plexiglass in winter, a 4ftW by 16ftL run, a nesting box, & roosts.
Any tips or ideas would be great!
