Live in northern Illinois aneed cold climate large coops plans

Hello,

I'm going to start raising chickens in the spring of next year. I'm looking for plans for a large coop that will house a lot of chickens and also keep them warm in the very cold winters we have here in Northern Illinois. I need to know about insulation, if i need heating, how much venelation etc. please help me.
