Live over due eggs!?

Hi everybody,
I have some silkie eggs in my incubator and I took them out of the turner last Friday and they were sapost to hatch on Monday and they still haven't hatched but there still alive I candled them today. They haven't pipped externally yet I'm not sure about inside for some but what should I do or what do you think will happen?

Was your temperatures steady during incubation? If temps are low it can slow the development and hatch. If they are still alive then just give them some more time.
