Just wondering what the loopholes would be in this ordinance.
"It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm, or corporation to keep, maintain, stable, yard, or fence any cow, bull, steer, calf, ox, goat, sheep, horse, stallion, mare, mule, swine, chicken or other non-domestic or barnyard animal within the platted area of the City of Gilbert."
What's really frustrating is that we don't actually live in the city of Gilbert itself; we are actually 3 miles from the city itself, but still considered city of Gilbert. And for the icing on the cake we are literally, and I mean literally, a stone's throw from being part of the Fayal Township. Their ordinances allow for up to 10 chickens.
