Lockdown and not here on Day 18

Today is Day 17, but I will be away all day tomorrow (Day 18) and not back till the afternoon on Day 19.

So, is it better for me to candle the eggs today and increase the humidity today (late afternoon) or wait till Sunday (19) and do it Sunday afternoon?

I am following the cheat sheet on the side for incubating using a still air styrofoam incubator and he says he adds damp paper towels when he gets a first pip...but what if I'm not around then???
