Lockdown chick bingo. Chicks hatching 6/4

I had 12 in the incubator 2 hatched on day 19 and one so far on day 20. This is my first hatch, didn't realize it was unusual. How have the rest done?

I didn’t candle on day 18 or I would have known there were quite a few quitters. Not positive why as they were in different stages of development. Ended up with 15 little chicks- they’re integrated with a batch 8 days older from the hatchery and all are doing well.
