Lockdown! How high is "too high" for humidity: days 18-21?

This is my first hatch....I've managed to not ruin 13 of my original 21 eggs (6 not fertile, 2 quitters at the halfway point).

I am using the Brinsea Eco 20, and I just upped my humidity to 65% (currently)...

I just need to know what is "to high?" for humidity these last few days?

For the Brinsea your just fine, I don't like to go over 70, I try to stay between 55-65.. Of course humidity is realitive..lol
