Guys, I've just gone into lockdown and everyone said raise the humidity levels. There is not point lying, I don't have a humidity readout and I'm not going to get one in time. There has always been a water trough at the top of the incubator during the course of the incubation but to raise the humidity, I added a sodden cloth. Ive been to look at the peep holes and they are all steamed up with water dripping on the them. Since I only put them in lockdown tonight, I lifted the lid and there is no moisture on the eggs at all.. Is it just because the incubator is in the cold evening shed and causing so much condensation on the windows/peep holes?

It looks bad from the outside but looks comfortable in there from the inside... Is this normal?

Normal...no. But if you have the incubator out where cold air (or cooler air I should say) is then I would expect it.
