I have five bantam eggs in the incubator right now that were set between the dates of 7/27and 8/3. So when we all go into lockdown they will each have a different lock down day. Currently all are fertile and growing great. My question is when we go into lockdown can I leave them in the same incubator and just stop turning the ones that are on day 18 and continue to turn the others twice a day? I have another incubator going that I could move them over into but it would make it a bit crowded. Then I would still have the same issue of some of them needing to go into lockdown so still having to open the other incubator to put them in lockdown. What would you do?

This is the problem with incubating eggs over such a large time range. You can lock down the later ones early, but you risk them not losing enough moisture. If it were me, I would lock them all down and choose a humidity that is higher than the first chunk of time, but not as high as normal lockdown.
