I was just thinking. My homemade hatcher does not have a fan. Should I bump the temp up like a still air incubator or keep it at 99.5 like my incubator with a fan?

Yes, I have two pans of water and three sponges and the highest I can get the humidity is 58%. I can't add any more sponges or I won't have room for eggs. Any suggestions?​
