lockdown yesterday bator wouldn't go higher than 90 i switched bators and now the heat is 99.5

will anything happen to the eggs they were in the low heat high humidity for about 6 hours. Then I had to put them in egg cartons to switch bators. Will that be enough to kill the eggs off? They have been in tthe correct heat about 12 hours now.

Might hatch about 6 hours late, but they should be ok... 90* is close enough to not hurt them- at least
