Lola is a Frizzled Serama pullet, who is very small...she is three months old and weighs 8.6 ounces., a real cutie! Payment is expected within 24 hours using credit card or money transfer via [email protected] temps in your area must be 32 degrees or above for me to ship her at this time of the year.

Juliette! will lola be big enough to breed at her full age ,and do you think she will be fertal. She will be a small A, right? Debating on bidding on her for brood stock.

Yes, I expect her to be "breedable", but only because I have a couple birds that were her size at that age, and they are currently laying just fine, they were just slow growers, but ended up mid-high A's. (There is no guarantee, of course

) Believe it or not, I have three from this batch that are smaller than Lola, but I'm keeping them for awhile to see just how much they'll grow...I'm hoping they'll make it into the A class! These three will definitely need Very Small Roos!

Juliette. if i breed lola to a smooth . will i get half frizzled and half smooth. i have a very small roo i can put her with.

Yes, that's the way it should be done!

frizzle x smooth = half smooth, half frizzled

frizzle x silkied = half frizzled, half smooth, but they will all carry the silkied gene

Hmmmm, I'm not really sure...Her father was Junior , and her mother was Needle Lace, a small (class A) mille fleur. The black and white is from Junior, the color just starting to come up is from Needle Lace. I don't have a picture of her, she was unfortunately taken by a hawk a few weeks ago. I am keeping her brother, to continue the bloodline, he is even smaller than Lola at 8.3 ounces! lol

I was just reading about your hawk story today infact. thats so sad i'm soooooooooooo sorry to hear that happened to your sweet little bird. but im very happy i have a chance to own one of your birds. thank you so much for your time and my no hawk ever harm your sweet little birds againe.
