Since we got my chicken dusty she sits alone away from the others and recently she had an eye infection which caused we to loose her sight in that eye and she has became increasingly distant and she waits for around 10 mins after the coop is opened to leave is something wrong

It can be hard for a new arrival to integrate with a flock that has already been established, and when you chicken is handicapped, that makes it all the more challenging for her to feel confident and involved. There isn't much you can do to force the other chickens to accept her or to push her to be more outgoing, but she definitely will suffer from the isolation if she isn't provided with social interaction somehow. Make a point of giving her extra attention when you see her. Give her treats, talk to her, walk around with her, and just generally be her companion. Don't worry about handling and touching her unless she is already fond of such interaction--for most chickens, talking to them is enough. This interaction will not only provide her with the socialization she craves, but help boost her confidence and perhaps improve her chances of being accepted by the flock.

Shes not new she has been there since the beginning and we have had no new arrivals
