Hi, what are the characteristics of a lonesome goose? My goose Dandelion just sleeps a lot and talks to herself. When I had my other goose Clover, Dandelion was much more active. I'm saying this cause my parents don't believe me that she's lonely (I do have a lot of birds) but I think it would be better for her.

Hi, each to their own kind. If you have only one goose, yes, she is lonely. If you have more geese, and all the others are paired up, yes, she is lonely. Subtily ask your mom, when she is relaxed, how she would feel if she were trapped alone in a foreign country. Be kind. Be sweet. Don't relate it to your goose at the moment.
A few days later, remind your parents that your goose is lonely.;)

Is she the only goose? If so you may want to get a new goose for her. Sorry to hear she is lonely.
Yes she us the only goose.

It definitely sounds like she’s lonely, poor girl.
Thank you

Yes I will ask my mom how she would feel 😅
I agree with everyone above!! Single goose = lonely! Your other birds will not suffice.

Asking how they’d feel alone in a foreign country, or alone with chimpanzees, is a great idea.
I will definitely ask her.

I got an update, so they said I can get more fowl once I sell my 2 roosters, I found a good home to a really nice man who I have sold him fowl before. He's coming to pick them up soon. After that I'm going to get Dandelion a friend. I'm thinking chinese, pomeranian or just an embden I can't decide!
Thanks
